Dates & times
Moving in: Wednesday, February 8, 07.00-22.00.

Hall 1, Metallgjuteriet: Move in at Augustendalstorget 2 or Automobilgatan 1.
Hall 2, Svenska Bilfabriken: Move in at Cylindervägen 3.
Important! Receive your parking ticket for unloading at the reception to Nacka Strandsmässan (Augustendalstorget 6). The ticket is valid for 30 minutes, thereafter quickly move your car to the parking garage to avoid a fine.
The fair is open: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 09.00-18.00
Moving out: Saturday, February 11, 18.00-22.00
The stand must be manned during the fair’s opening hours. It is not allowed to pack up your stand before the official closing time on Saturday, August 13, at 18.00 (if violated, the exhibitor will be debited SEK 6000). Dismantling of the stand may start directly after closing of fair on Saturday until 22.00. The dismantling is limited to your own stand area until trucks has delivered all the empty goods.
All stands must be demolished and packed by 16.00 on the Sunday after the fair.
Goods Handling and Exhibition Service
Address: Nacka Strandsmässan, Nordic Shoe & Bag Fair, “Your company name”, “Your stand number”, Augustendalstorget 2, SE-131 52 Nacka Strand, Sweden.
Prices: All handling of goods will be charged at the current rates. Storage of empty goods during the fair is included in stand price. Please load and unload quickly and allow the pallet truck to circulate fairly among users.
Arrival of goods: February 6, 2012, at the earliest.
Storage of: Slips of paper to mark your empty goods with will be distributed by ExpoRent’s staff.
empty packing: staff or at the reception. Please mark your empty packaging carefully! Empty packaging will be stored by ExpoRent and brought to Your stand at the closing of the fair on the Saturday.
Collection of goods: Goods that is to be collected must be marked with address labels and consignment notes. Each exhibitor must order their own return transport. If you want any assistance with transport, please contact Exporent in good time.
Stand equipment: The stands are built with white, wooden walls (2.5 m or 1.5 m tall). Important! The one metre section closest to the aisle does not have any separating walls for a more airy experience.
The following is included in the stand:
Separating walls according to the description above, carpet (black), one electrical connection, spotlights (1 spotlight per 4 sqm). Please note that if You do not wish for any of what is included in the stand, it is up to You to contact ExpoRent and cancel the order.

Electricity at night: The electrical current is switched off at night. Please remember to order electricity for fridges, etc. (SEK 100 per fair.)
Cleaning of stands: The exhibitor is responsible for ordering of and will be charged for any extra cleaning of the stand during the fair. An order sheet can be found in your stand when moving in. Leave your order at the reception during the first day of the fair at the latest
Insurance: Contact your insurance company to make sure you are insured. If not, we recommend Direct, Johan Garcia tel +46 (0) 8 545 069 00.
Exhibitor badges: Collect your exhibitor badge in the reception and wear it at all times.
Nacka Strand is keenly involved in environmental issues. Nacka Strand’s environmental team will be available during the moving in-hours. Look out for the designated area for your sorted waste.
General information
Fire regulations: All exhibition materials must be classed for fire resistance. Emergency exits or fire extinguishers may not be blocked.
Hall facts:
Metallgjuteriet: Ceiling height, 4-5.20 metres.
Pillars, 0.2 x 0.2 metres, approx. 6 metres apart.
Maximum loading weight: 500 kg/sqm.
Svenska Bilfabriken: Ceiling height, 2.70-4.40 metres.
Pillars, 0.2 x 0.2 metres, approx. 8 metres apart.
Maximum loading weight: 400 kg/sqm.
Copying/fax: The reception staff will assist you with copying and fax services. To be paid by cash at the time.
Food & drink: Our restaurateur is licensed to serve food and alcoholic beverages on the premises. It is not permitted by law for you to offer people any beer, wines or spirits that you have brought onto the premises. If you do wish to offer alcoholic beverages, you may buy them from the café or pre-order.
Internet: Internet access is available, both wire-bound and wire-less connection. Can be ordered from the staff at Nacka Strandsmässan at a set price.
Parking: The area has several parking houses. Maximum height 2.05 metres. Taller vehicles will be assisted at the reception.
Posters and Signs etc: Factory is a listed building, and it is forbidden to put up any posters or other material on any surface other than the stand walls.
Getting to Factory, Hotel Accommodation, Other Services
By car: Take road 222 towards Nacka / Gustavsberg. Follow the signs for Forum Nacka / Nacka Strand. Travelling time: about 8 minutes.
By bus: Local bus 443 or 71 from Slussen, get off at Nacka Strand. Travelling time: 8-15 minutes.
By boat: There is a ferry line between Nybrokajen and Nacka Strand.
Bank/cash point: Cash point (ATM) in the area. Bank and Post office at Forum Nacka, a 10 minute walk from Nacka Strand.
Local services: restaurants, bakery, convenience store, florist, shoe repair shop, dry cleaner and SATS health gym.
